TickerTrac provides educational research synthesis and monitoring. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, tax adviser, or trading system. It does not recommend that you buy, sell, or hold a security and cannot place trades. You are responsible for checking cited sources and making your own decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TickerTrac. The service is intended for adult investors and is not directed to children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not probe other users' data, bypass quotas or plan limits, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or redistribute licensed market and analyst data. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes one fully monitored company without a payment card and includes TickerTrac's core thesis-aware research experience. Investor is $19 per month or $180 per year, with 25 monitored companies, 50 monitoring slots and 5 active Investment themes. Pro is $49 per month or $468 per year, with 60 monitored companies, 120 monitoring slots and 25 active Investment themes. Research allowances reset monthly on the first day (UTC). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval confirmed before checkout. You may schedule cancellation or reactivate an eligible subscription through the billing portal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Taxes and provider-specific usage limits may apply. We will disclose material pricing changes before they take effect.
Data sources and AI output
Source availability varies by ticker, provider, license, and time. Filings, consensus estimates, ratings, price targets, news, transcripts, and generated analysis may be incomplete, delayed, stale, or wrong. Aggregate analyst data is not the same as proprietary full analyst reports. A citation supports inspection; it is not a guarantee that an inference is correct.
Your content
You retain ownership of theses and feedback you author. You grant TickerTrac the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use, including proprietary sell-side reports.
Content you put on the record
You may choose to put exact saved versions of your theses on a public record page. For content you put on the record, you grant TickerTrac permission to display it publicly, together with its dates, hashes and signature, for as long as your account exists. You are responsible for that content. It is your own reasoning, not investment advice, and TickerTrac attests only to its date and integrity.
Record entries cannot be edited or removed one at a time; a sealed entry can be revealed, and later entries can add to or correct earlier ones. Deleting your account removes your record. TickerTrac may unlist a record or add a correction entry to address a legal, security, or provider-licensing concern, and will answer complaints sent to [email protected].
Availability and termination
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change, experience outages, or discontinue a data source. We may suspend accounts that threaten security, violate these terms, or create legal or provider-licensing risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerTrac disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed alerts, or indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
